Community Connections Free Clinic is a community-based, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is:
To provide basic health care for those who cannot afford or access medical services in Iowa County and surrounding areas.
CCFC’s guiding principle is that, together, we can eliminate the obstacles to health care in our community, one patient at a time.
We are open Tuesday and Thursday Evenings from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

The Free Clinic will be closed December 25th-26th and Jan. 1st-2nd. The clinic will be open Thursday, December 27th and have general office hours from 10am - 4pm on Friday, December 28th.
We all know that nothing comes for free. Everything has its price. At the Community Connections Free Clinic, the situation is no different.

2019 Spring Auction:
This is Community Connections Free Clinic's signature fundraising event, drawing participants from around the state and out of state, to bid on outstanding goods and services while at the same time supporting the all-important work of the Clinic.
Saturday, April 13, 2019, from 5:00 to 9:00 PM at the Wisconsin Riverside Resort in Spring Green:

- cash bar
- wine pull
- many valuable items up for auction (including the original painting pictured above)
- Tickets: $35 when purchased in advance; $40 at the door
