Community Connections Free Clinic is a community-based, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is:
To provide basic health care for those who cannot afford or access medical services in Iowa County and surrounding areas.
CCFC’s guiding principle is that, together, we can eliminate the obstacles to health care in our community, one patient at a time.
We are open Tuesday and Thursday Evenings from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
We are on Facebook.
You can also get the latest news through our Twitter feed: @CCFC_info.
We all know that nothing comes for free. Everything has its price. At the Community Connections Free Clinic, the situation is no different.
Want to get involved with the CCFC? Whether you’d like to donate your time or your money, the CCFC would greatly appreciate your gift. Click here to get in touch with us and see how you can help. And thank you for your generosity.
Navigators are trained and able to help consumers, small businesses, and their employers as they look for health coverage options through the Marketplace, including completing eligibility and enrollment forms. Navigators are required to be unbiased and their services are free to consumers. The Wisconsin Association of Free & Charitable Clinics are now taking appointments to meet with Navigators. Schedule an appointment online at CoveringWI.org or call (608) 331-0574.
