- We had 24 provider volunteers, 50 other volunteers, and 11 board members contribute over 2,770 volunteer hours.
- We saw 978 individual patients and provided a total of 1,009 visits, both in-person and virtually.
- Saw patients from 5 different counties, with the majority being from Iowa, Lafayette, and Grant Counties.
- Held clinics every Tuesday afternoon and every Tuesday and Thursday evening.
- Hosted clinics for procedures such as skin lesion removal.
- Connected patients to Prescription Assistance Programs.

- Provided on-location health screenings at area farms and other locations with the Free Clinic On Wheels (FCOW).
- Offered a Blood Pressure (BP) Program to patients diagnosed with hypertension. This program provides treatment, education, and coaching, including a self monitoring BP machine.
- Connected patients to mental health services through Oregon Mental Health Services.
- Mentored RN students from UW Madison and Edgewood College.
- The Free Clinic on Wheels (FCOW) attended outreach events in 2024, including Cinco de Mayo in Darlington and the Iowa County Dairy Breakfast.
- Collaborated with Southwest Technical College to create and award a scholarship for a bilingual nursing student.
- County Health Department Nurses provided vaccinations on site and on location with the FCOW.
- Total revenue in 2024 was $276,000. The three largest areas of revenue were Annual Appeal, the Spring Event, and Grants. The Other revenue category in the chart consists of Interest Income 5.1%, In-Kind Donations 1.8%, and Other Income 0.7%.
- Total expense in 2024 was $259,000. Approximately 42% of total 2024 expense was spent on Direct Patient Care and 40% was spent on Operations. The Other expense category in the chart consists of Facilities & Equipment 4.6%, Spring Event Expense 4.4%, Supplies, and FCOW Expense 0.1%.
